Who are you really? This article offers 8 easy steps to for you to apply to your life now!

As we surpass our own expectations as humans, another breakthrough with technology, business, science, education we as humans have come to realize that there is more out there, and in us. We are glorious human beings with an inner strength that is hardly imaginable to even the most intelligent human brain. As we come to realize and come to develop there is more within us, we then have to ask. Where do we start?

A: With ourselves

If I was to ask you who are you? What would you tell me, I am a mother, father, sister, boss. I am sure you do all them things in your life, but can you dig deeper and ask yourself, when you remove the roles you play .. Who are you?

It may seem like a fairly basic question, but when you realize it is not so basic it then begins to make you question yourself and who you are.

I’m not going to say I know who you are, because I don’t. But there are 8 easy steps that you can take to get to the level of authenticity, these are:

1) Self- awareness. Just be consciously aware of who you are. Watch yourself running the kids to school, giving the morning meeting at work. Just be aware. 2) Detox – This is detoxing the inner you. This includes healthy eating, exercise for the body, mind and the spirit 3) Exploration – Remember when you were a kid, you tried everything under the sun. You had fun, and made things fun. You didn’t hold onto anything. I asked my nephew what his best friend’s name was called, he told me it was John. The next week I asked my nephew how his best friend was, he told me he had a new best friend, it was now Mary. Kids are great teachers and this situation is a prime example. Don’t hold on, just have fun and explore 4) Simplifying – This is a time to get rid of the stuff, people, things, items that you have in your life that you no longer feel serve you 5) Time-out – This time is time out from the people, the places, the things that you may usually do. Stop your life, and put some things on hold and just be for a while 6) Preparation – This time is a time of preparation for what you want in your life. After taking time out you would have thought about what was important to you, and this now is the time to go back in your mind and contemplate what is important for you 7) Shine a light – This time now is your special time to shine out the light on the world that this is you, that this is who you authentically are 8) Clear blue skys – You are authentic, and the world is waiting. This is your time to spread your wings and fly in the clear blue sky’s.
