Did you know the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which is part of the United States Justice Department often goes out of their way to waste the time of Business Opportunity Sellers and Franchisors? It is true, they have their entrapment days. Of course they are so utterly incompetent and such bad liars that often they do not fool anyone.
Did you know the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which is part of the United States Justice Department often goes out of their way to waste the time of Business Opportunity Sellers and Franchisors? It is true, they have their entrapment days. Of course they are so utterly incompetent and such bad liars that often they do not fool anyone.
Many times they will go to websites at the rate of 6-15 per hour and fill out inquiry forms of Business Opportunity Websites. They do this over and over again until someone emails them back or contacts them. Next they try to entrap them, but pleading with the seller to give them earnings claims information and they ask them 15 ways to Sunday and then add that Business Opportunity Seller to a list of cases to prosecute.
What is so unfortunate about this is the government, the Justice Department of the United States of America is lying and this seems say that; “Truth, Justice and the American Way” is only a slogan and has nothing to do with their actual purported mission to protect the American People. In fact they are attacking “Small Business” and why?
Well it is obvious because those on the inside are being told what to do by their superiors who got a call from a Congressman who just had lunch with a Larger Corporation Lobbyist? Hello Adam Smith, good bye Justice.
The Federal Trade Commission misrepresents proof, files falsehoods in Federal Courts and has employees who are less than honorable and in my professional opinion in studying this; low IQ and obviously no integrity whatsoever.
I am entitled to my opinion and have studied this for years. Go Figure, our own government attacking small businesses? One day we need to get a real government in the land of sleaze; Washington DC. Consider all this in 2006.
