You reap what you sow. Sow a positive thought and you can expect to have a positive return in life. Joy, happiness, love, better health and more wealth are some of the positive returns that await you when you start planting positive thoughts into your mind on a daily basis. Every positive thought you implant into your mind, then into your subconscious mind triggers the subconscious to work with the universal Law of Attraction to manifest the positive in your life. And by the Law of Growth, the more you focus on the positive, the more likely the positive is going to manifest in your life.
First, you have to rid of the negativity and negative thoughts that are buried deep in your subconscious mind. The first action plan you need to adopt is positive self-talk. Positive affirmations done in spaced repetitions are effective in eliminating sources and traces of negative thoughts in your subconscious mind. And as soon as you adopt an optimistic positive mental attitude in life, you are very likely to view challenges and obstacles in a different light to benefit from them greatly!
As soon as you start looking at your problems and challenges from a positive manner and approach them with the right attitude, you are more likely to solve and gain valuable learning experiences from them. Here are some tips to assist you, whenever you caught yourself with a negative thought, break out of that thought by either replacing with an empowering one or distract yourself by slapping hard on your wrist. The latter tip is probably going to give you a bruise if you don't stop your negative thinking. Pain can be a wonderful teacher at times.
Start off each morning with positive statements like "Today is going to be an amazing day", "I like myself, I like myself, I like myself!". Look yourself at the mirror and repeat these statements. Visualize yourself having a great day at work and you are ready to kick-start your day with a bang!
