Save Gasoline in Your Car Thru Material Memory Relative Wind Propulsion Assist

Is it possible to use material memory to move airflows along a vehicle to assist in propulsion? Interesting idea, birds flap wings so that makes sense of course; but it takes energy to flap and one has to ask how much energy does that take and would we save any fuel?
Is it possible to use material memory to move airflows along a vehicle to assist in propulsion? Interesting idea, birds flap wings so that makes sense of course; but it takes energy to flap and one has to ask how much energy does that take and would we save any fuel? Perhaps we can and this is a new concept idea and different than one might think when considering material memory using relative wind. Now then let’s describe this new concept.
A vehicle, such as a car would have thin sheets of material memory substance, probably Carbon Nano-Tube, which would be stacked one after another like sheets of plywood a few inches apart. These sheets would ride underneath the car and would be secured on the side edges like flat file shelves, which hold blue prints. On the edges would be levers to allow the sheets to move in wave patterns and or up and down on the ends and middle.
As the air flows between the sheets it would be slightly compressed to speed it up in the middle and then would open up at the end where the air would flow quickly to escape. The air would flow smoothly between the sheets based on the speed of the vehicle and wind by flowing thru. The sheets would be powered by the static air coming off the ends of the sheets and collected with static discharge units to charge a battery to move the sheets. As the vehicle gets up to speed these sheets would work together to maintain that speed and produce a flow of air out the back to blow the car forward.
This system can work in any gas, fluid or atmosphere. It can assist in underwater propulsion, for light-weight land vehicles or aircraft. I propose it from land vehicles because it can fit nicely under automobiles to assist in saving fuel on current vehicles such as Hybrids or Tri-brids. Consider this concept for all its potential uses from moving air to propelling vehicles.
