I know a lot of people wanting to start a home business. People working ten or twelve hours per day who want to stop the madness and make money at home. Only problem is, these good people almost always go about it the wrong way.
I know a lot of people wanting to start a home business. People working ten or twelve hours per day who want to stop the madness and make money at home.
Only problem is, these good people almost always go about it the wrong way.
They want to buy a franchise. They want to join an MLM company. They want to get into affiliate marketing on the Internet.
And so on.
There's nothing bad about any of those methods, but there is a much better and easier way.
Yet, only a scant few of them ever want to go about this the fast, easy and cheap way. The way I do my own home business.
And that is to simply create a product and market it.
You see, it's easy to sign up for an MLM company or buy some sort of home business opportunity. And that's why everyone else does it.
If, for example, you buy a distributorship selling a line of clothing, you don’t have an exclusive on all your clothes. Anyone can buy and sell those clothes, and you have competition that can undersell you, and then you’re out. In other words, you’ve got no control.
And it's the same with most other kinds of home businesses out there.
But, when you create a product of your own -- whether it's a book, a CD or DVD -- that’s your product. You have control over it. No one can copy it (legally, at least).
Plus, unlike most home businesses and franchises, you don't have to worry about the "home office" discontinuing a product you are successfully selling. You don't have to worry about a competitor selling the exact same product to the exact same people.
Bottom line:
When you create your own product (and usually it's simply a matter of calling an expert and recording the call -- instant product) you own and control your business from the bottom up.
Which is why I think it's easily the most stable and inexpensive home business to run in the world.
