Few Americans are aware of the Bush Administrations Advanced Energy Initiative, which has given research and development dollars to the Department of Energy, which is working with top universities in private research and development companies to come up with alternative advanced technologies to solve the problems of future demand for energy from American families and businesses, as well as solve the pollution issues.

Currently the United States of America has over 200 years worth of coal resources that are close to the ground. That means coal miners do not have to go underground to bring it out, but rather it can be scooped out of the ground and put onto Railroad cars instead and shipped directly to the generation stations. Only one problem, environmental are mad, at this because it pollutes the atmosphere when you burn coal right? Well, sure that was the case yesterday, but not now after the research and development dollars have uncovered the new technologies.

As part of the Bush Administration’s National Energy Policy billions of dollars have been spent to speed up the process to bring this new technology to market and it is nearly ready. That means we can burn coal and have enough energy for the next 200 years without polluting the environment. That is incredible and we have all the raw materials right here the United States of America and we do not have to import a darn thing to do it either. Thank you President Bush. Consider all this in 2006.
